Inside Flow celebrates its 13th anniversary on May 25th. Join hundreds of yogis across the globe for the International Inside Flow Day. When I created the first Inside Flow on May 25th 2008, I would’ve never believed that this would become such a big global movement one day. Let’s celebrate this special day together!
I'll be hosting this event with 2 Flows, a brand new flow, and my VERY FIRST Inside Flow that I ever created.

We still might not all be able to come together physically right now, but we're not letting that stop us!
